I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and I've been practicing Yoga for over sixteen years. It is my passion!
What is yoga?
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago but today, most Westerners do it for exercise and to reduce stress. Yoga can relieve back pain, ease arthritis symptoms, and help to manage stress, among many other benefits.
My story.
I began practicing yoga after injuring my hip years ago. I sought help from doctors, physical therapists, and medication but nothing helped in the long term. Finally, I took my first yoga class and the relief was almost immediate. I've been sold on the benefits ever since.

My Hatha Yoga classes are for beginners as well as the experienced. You can participate online via Zoom or in-person at BFit Athletic Club. There are no contracts!
